I was on the phone with my doctor’s office last week, and the call dropped. They are certainly screwing us, as we pay for a service each month which is not providing us with the phone service we are paying for.
I probably need to start hounding AT&T again. T-Mobile has a huge (Edited per community guidelines) suit against them, for lying and basically screwing their customers. I am not sure where I will go if I leave AT&T. My phone does not work well with the Wi-Fi, never did, and that is why I had a Microcell. To date, I have not received it but I am hopeful I am on the list to receive it since I completed the necessary paperwork. I was even given an item number for my cell booster. I got a response that my cell booster was on it’s way. I haven’t been on here for a few weeks, but last time I was here I did let everyone know that I managed to get the link to work (in a rather corky way as suggested by someone on here).
